They overlooked my information to cancel the order within a few hrs ( Once i re-browse the data & observed the fabric cannot be utilized for my face masks as explained). They hadn't developed a delivery label and it was the weekend. no response. I contacted them two times later on again & they mentioned they wouldn't cancel it. Hope you don't need
